Bought this as a gift, now my family wants one. Importantly though, is that while using a camera seems a little intrusive, unless smart TVs start including HDMI out, it is really the only way to do ambient lighting for the majority of my watching content.

Love how it’s easy to setup and use. Glad I was able to mount the camera at the bottom rather than the top. That was only concern when considering the purchase. Now I’m extremely impressed with how it works and responds to the movies and games.

At first I was thinking about cheaping out and just getting like 20 dollar strips but after reading about the Govee strips I though why not. And no joke these things are awesome. I have them paired up to Siri and I basically only use the DIY function because it’s just so cool to mess around and make your own. Would highly recommend these. They are worth more than 60$ in my mind
