Certified refurbished is a preowned unit returned by a customer. While showing minor cosmetic wear, all functionalities are fully operational.

2. What's included in the packaging?

Each unit contains complete accessories and necessary cables. Packaging may differ from original retail boxes based on availability.

3. Is warranty coverage provided?

Refurbished products carry identical warranty terms as new devices, including technical support and repair services. Returns are not accepted for non-functional or non-quality related issues.

4. What is the return policy?

Refurbished items are final sale. Returns within 30 days are accepted only for functional defects verified by our engineers (cosmetic imperfections excluded).

5. How are cosmetic flaws handled?

Minor surface imperfections (scratches, scuffs) may exist but are strictly monitored to not exceed aesthetic standards or impact performance.
