Eligibility:
Govee My Space My Style Contest 2026 is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest.
b. Have a valid and public (non-private) Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X social account.
Entry Period:
The entry period for this Contest begins on May 1st, 2026 at 9:00 AM EST and ends on May 5th, 2026 at 11:59PM EST ("Contest Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Contest Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Contest either on social media via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or X, using a public social account on one of these social media platforms.
1. Participants must first reply with a comment on any of the official contest posts. This comment must include the scene or design the Participant would like to put on Govee Ceiling Light Ultra, for example a type of nature scene, an outer space scene, or a pattern. In their comment, Participants must also tag another account and use #GoveeCeilingLight. Comments must be received no later than May 5th, 2026.
2. If the Participant's comment is randomly selected, their scene or design will be reproduced in a custom digital image card, and this card will be sent to the user from Govee's official account via Direct Message no later than May 7th on the social platform they entered on. [Note: For Facebook, these image cards will be sent to Participants via a reply to the Participant's comment on the official contest post.]
3. Once the Participant has been sent the digital image card, the Participant should post the card on their own social feed no later than May 10th, 2026. When posting, the Participant should also include the hashtag #GoveeCeilingLight and tag Govee's official account on that platform. All Participants who receive a custom image card and who correctly post the card on their social feed will be considered an eligible Entry, and will be entered for a chance to win the prizes.
Winner Selection:
A total of three (3) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during all the Contest Period. Winners will be contacted no later than May 15th, 2026. A single Participant may only be selected as a winner a maximum of one (1) time, and only one individual per household or family can be selected as a winner. Govee reserves all rights for the selection of winners, and reserves the right to explain the winner selection.
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest, or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Govee receives notification about any potential infringements.
Prizes:
Winners will each receive (1) Govee Ceiling Light Ultra (H1270 US Model) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of two hundred forty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($249.99).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Contest, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified no later than May 15th, 2026 via Direct Message or post comment by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest.
