Eligibility
The Govee Home Personality Quiz Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. Legal residents of the United States, Canada, EU, or UK.
b. 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
c. Have a valid and public Instagram, X, TikTok, or Facebook account.
Employees of GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED (“Govee”), its affiliates, agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members (or household members) are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on May 21, 2026 at 9AM EDT and ends on June 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT. (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period.
How to Enter
1. Complete the Home Personality Quiz on Govee’s official campaign webpage.
2. Share your personalized quiz result on Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok.
3. Include the hashtag #GoveeFloorLamp in your post when sharing your quiz result, and tag @goveeofficial on Instagram, @GOVEE on Facebook, @GoveeOfficial on X, or @govee.official on TikTok. In additional, Participants on Facebook can also post their result in the comments of the official giveaway post on Facebook.
4. To receive one (1) extra entry:
a. X: Retweet (repost) the official giveaway post.
b. Instagram: Share giveaway post on Instagram Stories using #GoveeFloorLamp and @goveeofficial
c. Facebook: Tag another account in the comments of the official giveaway post
d. TikTok: Share giveaway post on TikTok Stories using #GoveeFloorLamp and @govee.official
A maximum two (2) entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Govee reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify those that do not meet the eligibility requirements or attempt to tamper with the Giveaway.
Prizes
Up to thirty (30) winners with valid entries will each receive a Govee smart floor lamp product, with a total prize value not exceeding one hundred eighty dollars (US$180). Winners will randomly receive one of the three floor lamp product models listed below:
● Govee Floor Lamp 3 (H16B0) with an ERV of one hundred sixty nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$169.99)
● Govee Lantern Floor Lamp (H1630) with an ERV of one hundred twenty nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$129.99)
● Govee Uplighter Floor Lamp with Ripple Effect (H60B0) with an ERV of one hundred seventy nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$179.99)

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Giveaway, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be announced on or before June 25, 2026. Winners will be announced via an @goveeofficial Instagram Story and an edit update to the official Giveaway post, via an @govee.official TikTok Story and edit update to the official Giveaway post, via an edit update on the official Giveaway post on Facebook, and via an @GoveeOfficial X post. Govee's official account will contact the winners via Direct Message or comment reply on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners are supposed to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED, Instagram, X, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest.
