Eligibility:
This Contest is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest.
b. Have a valid and public (non-private) Instagram account.
c. Are a resident of the EU, UK, CA, or US.
Employees of GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED (“Govee”), its affiliates, agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members (or household members) are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The Contest entry period begins on June 15, 2026 at 11AM CEST and ends on June 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM CEST. (“Contest Period”). All entries must be received within the Contest Period.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Contest by:

Leaving a comment on the Oliver Kahn (@oliverkahn) x Govee (@goveeofficial) Contest post on Instagram. The Participant's comment must include the name of a current football (soccer) player that the Participant is rooting for this summer.

Winner Selection:
A total of three (3) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. Winners will be contacted no later than June 25th, 2026. A single Participant may only be selected as a winner a maximum of one (1) time, and only one (1) individual per household or family can be selected as a winner. Govee reserves all rights for the selection of winners, and reserves the right to explain the winner selection.
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest, or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Govee receives notification about any potential infringements.
Prizes:
Entry Period 1:
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) Govee TV Backlight 3 (H2A40) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred forty nine euros ninty nine cents (€149.99), one (1) football jersey signed by Oliver Kahn, and one mini football signed by Oliver Kahn.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. The region SKU model of each prize product provided (EU, UK, or US model) will be based on product availability. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Contest, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified no later than June 25th, 2026 via Instagram Direct Message by Govee's official Instagram account, and winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prizes.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED, Oliver Kahn, Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest.
