Govee x Nights Of The Jack Ticket Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. Legal residents of the United States.
b. 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Giveaway.
c. A valid Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, or Facebook account.
Participants are excluded if they are employees of Govee Moments (US) Trading Limited ("Sponsor" or "Govee"), Nights Of the Jack, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers, directors, officers, and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each.
Activation Period:
This Giveaway will begin on September 29th, 2024 at 11:00 AM EDT and ends on October 7th, 2024 at 11:59 PM EDT ("Giveaway Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Giveaway Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Giveaway either via X, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and TikTok.
If via Instagram or TikTok, Participants should follow Govee's official account, like the official Giveaway post, and tag a friend who also likes Halloween. In addition, sharing to Instagram Stories with the hashtag #giveaway will be counted as an extra entry. (Note: Instagram Story shares can only be counted for public profiles). (@goveeofficial on Instagram and @govee.official on TikTok).
If via X, Threads, or Facebook, Participants should follow Govee's official account, like, and comment on the official Giveaway post by tagging a friend who also likes Halloween. In addition, a "Repost" or "Share" will be counted as an extra entry. (Note: Reposts can Shares can only be counted for public profiles)
Winner Selection:
A total of five (5) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period. Winners will be contacted no later than October 10th and Govee reserves the right to explain the winner selection.
Prizes:
Each winner will receive: Four (4) VIP entry ticket to Nights Of The Jacks and four (4) VIP parking pass ($360 value total). Winners will receive instructions via email for ticket and parking pass redemption on nightsofthejack.com. Tickets and parking passes should be redeemed by November 2nd, 2024 before the closing of the Nights Of The Jack event. There is no cash value alternative provided for the prize, and prize cannot be redeemed or refunded for cash value.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via Direct Message by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry (note: Thread participants will receive a Direct Message on Instagram), and winners are supposed to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Govee the right to use their names, Instagram handles, X handles, TikTok handles, Facebook handles, Thread handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Govee, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, Govee, Nights Of The Jack, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Giveaway.
