Eligibility:
Govee Summer Glow Up 2025 Contest is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest.
b. Are a legal resident of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or the European Union.
c. Have a valid Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X account.
Entry Period:
The entry period for this Contest begins on June 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM EDT and ends on July 24, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT ("Contest Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Contest Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Contest via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X.
Participants entering via Instagram, TikTok, and X should post a photo(s) or video(s) featuring their current outdoor home lighting (Participant Post), and use the hashtag #GoveeSummerGlowup in the caption of their Participant Post.
Participants entering via Facebook should comment on the official Govee Summer Glowup Contest Posts with a photo(s) or video(s) featuring their current outdoor home lighting (Participant Comment), and use the hashtag #GoveeSummerGlowup in their Participant Comment.
Note 1: For Instagram, only entries posted on the Participant's feed will be counted as entries; Instragram Stories is not an eligible entry method.
Note 2: Only public social accounts are eligible to be entered in this Contest. Participant Posts and Participant Comments using privated social accounts will not be entered.
Winner Selection:
A total of 4 winners will be selected over the course of this Contest:
One (1) winner will be announced on July 2nd, 2025, from entries received June 24th through July 1st, 2025.
One (1) winner will be announced on July 9th, 2025, from entries received June 24th through July 8th, 2025.
One (1) winner will be announced on July 16th, 2025, from entries received June 24th through July 15th, 2025.
One (1) winner will be announced on July 25th, 2025, from entries received June 24th through July 24th, 2025.
A Participate can only be a winner a maximum of one (1) time. Winners will be selected randomly, and all winners will be contacted no later than July 31st, 2025.
Prizes:
Week 1 Winner (July 2nd): Govee Outdoor String Light 2 (H7038) with an ERV of one hundred thirty nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$139.99).
Week 2 Winner (July 9th): Outdoor Neon Light (H61A8) with an ERV of one hundred ninty nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$199.99).
Week 3 Winner (July 16th): Govee Outdoor Garden Lights (H7086) with an ERV of one hundred ninty nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$199.99).
Week 4 Winner (July 25th): Govee Permanent Outdoor Light (H705E) with an ERV of three hundred twenty nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$329.99).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Contest, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via Direct Message or post comment by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, their Govee Home App or social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Govee, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest.
