Eligibility:

The Govee x LCS Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: Open only to legal residents of the United States (“US”) who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) US states or District of Columbia, and who are 18 years of age (and the age of majority in their state of residence) or older at the beginning of the Giveaway period. Participants must have a valid Instagram or X (Twitter) account.

Giveaway Period:

The Giveaway will begin on August 10, 2023 at 11am EST and end on August 13, 2023 11:59pm EST (“Giveaway Period"). All entries must be submitted within the Giveaway Period to be eligible for consideration.

How to Enter:

Participants (“Participants”) can enter on Instagram, X (Twitter), or both (“Platforms”). Participants will be officially entered into the Giveaway once they fulfill at least one full set of requirements, as listed below. Fulfilling one set of requirements will gain the Participant one entry (“Entry”). Participants can gain multiple entries by fulfilling multiple requirements on one Platform or by fulling the requirements of multiple Platforms, with a maximum amount of four (4) Entries per Participant.

Instagram Entry Rules (to earn one Entry into the Giveaway):

⁃ Participants must follow both the official Instagram accounts of Govee (@goveeofficial) and LCS (@lcsofficial).

⁃ Participants must like the official Giveaway post, which can be found as a collaborative post on Govee’s and LCS’s official Instagram feeds.

⁃ Participants must tag at least three (3) other Instagram users in the comments section of the official Giveaway post, and also include the hashtag #goveegaminglights in their comment.

⁃ To earn one additional entry, Participants can share the giveaway post to their Instagram Stories. Participants must add the hashtag #Giveaway to this Instagram Story to ensure their entry is valid.

X (Twitter) Entry Rules:

⁃ Participants must follow both the official X (Twitter) accounts of Govee (@GoveeOfficial) and LCS (LCSOfficial)

⁃ Participants must like and repost (retweet) the official Giveaway post, which can be found on Govee’s official X (Twitter) feed.

⁃ To earn one additional entry, Participants can tag two (2) other X (Twitter) users in the Giveaway post comments. Participants must add the hashtag #GoveeGamingLights in their comment to ensure their entry is valid.

Winner Selection:

Three (3) winners will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received during the Giveaway Period. Each participate can only take up a maximum of one (1) winners slot. The drawing will be conducted within three (3) days after the end of the Giveaway Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

Prizes:

The three (3) prizes packages for the Giveaway are specified below and in the Giveaway post on Govee’s and LCS’s official Instagram accounts, and on Govee’s official X (Twitter) account. For prize packages that include LCS Championship tickets, winners may select ticket admission dates of either August 19th, 2023 or August 20th, 2023 for each ticket. For TV or Light Strip prizes that are produced in multiple sizes, winners may select the model size they prefer, as specified below. Winners must notify Govee of their preferred ticket dates and/or product sizes within their response to the winners’ announcement. Govee and LCS reserve the right for final decision of ticket dates and/or product model sizes based on availability. First place prize package consists of: two (2) single-day admission tickets to the 2023 LCS Championship at Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, with a total Estimated Retail Value (ERV) of two hundred fifty four dollars ($254), one Govee AI Gaming Sync Box for TV (model H6602) with an ERV of two hundred thirty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($239.99) for the 55”-65” model size or two hundred fifty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($259) for the 75”-85” model size. Second place prize package consists of: one (1) single-day admission ticket to the 2023 LCS Championship at Prudential Center in Newark, NJ, with an ERV of one hundred twenty seven dollars ($127), one Govee Gaming Neon Rope Light for Desks (model H61C3) with an ERV of eighty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($89.99), one Govee Gaming Light Strip G1 (model H6609) with an ERV of fifty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($59.99) for the 24”-26” model or sixty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($69.99) for the 27”-34” model. Third place prize package consists of: one Govee Gaming Light Strip G1 (model H6609) with an ERV of fifty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($59.99) for the 24”-26” model or sixty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($69.99) for the 27”-34” model. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee and LCS reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Notification:

The winner(s) will be announced on Govee’s official accounts within two (2) days after the end of the Giveaway period, via @goveeofficial Instagram Stories and edit to the official Giveaway post, and @GoveeOfficial X (Twitter) repost. Within the same time period, winners will be privately contacted by the official Govee account via Direct Message on the same Platform the Participant submitted an Entry. Winners are required to respond to either the announcement or Direct Message within 2 (two) days of the announcement or Direct Message being posted, and must provide their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address to claim the prize. If a selected winner does not respond within the specified time or does not meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity:

By participating in the Giveaway, participants grant Govee and LCS the right to use their names, Instagram handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.

General Conditions:

Govee and LCS reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway. Govee and LCS reserve the right to cancel or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Release and Indemnification:

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless X (Twitter), Instagram, Govee, LCS, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Giveaway.

Personal Information:

Participants' personal information collected during the Giveaway will be used only for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms & Conditions and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of The United States of America without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.

By participating in the Govee and LCS Instagram Giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
