Govee Haunt Your House GIVEAWAY Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

Govee Haunt Your House GIVEAWAY (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

a. Eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Participants”).

b. A legal resident of any country or region where participation in the Giveaway is permitted by applicable law.

c. Have a valid and public Instagram, Tiktok, X or Facebook account.

Employees of Govee Moments (US) Trading Limited (“Govee”), its agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members (or household members) are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The Giveaway Round 1 begins on October 12, 2026 at 10 AM EDT and ends on October 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT. Round 2 begins on October 22, 2026 at 10 AM EDT and ends on October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT. (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period.

How to Enter

1. Follow the official @Govee account on the platform you enter on.
2. Post a photo or video showcasing your Halloween setup featuring any Govee lights.
3. Share your post publicly on Instagram Feed/Reels, TikTok, Facebook, or X.
4. Tag @Govee in your post.
5. Use #GoveeTrickOrLight.

Please note:

• Entries must remain public and visible throughout the campaign period.
• For Facebook, posting your photo or video directly in the comments of the giveaway post also counts as a valid entry.
• Each original post that meets all the requirements counts as one entry.

Winner Selection

Prizes

Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) prize in Round 1; Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) prize in Round 2. Each selected winner is randomly assigned one of the available prizes below during the Round they are selected.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Giveaway, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Winner Notification:

Winners will be announced on October 22, 2026, for Round 1 and November 1, 2026, for Round 2. Winners will be announced via an @goveeofficial Instagram Story and an edit update to the official Giveaway post, via an edit update on the official Giveaway post on Facebook, and via an @GoveeOfficial X post. Govee's official account will contact the winners via Direct Message or Comment Reply on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners are supposed to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.

Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Publicity:

By participating in the Giveaway, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.

General Conditions:

Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Release and Indemnification:

By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED, Instagram, X, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest.
