Eligibility
The Govee Real Me Quiz Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. Legal residents of the United States.
b. 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
c. Have a valid and public Instagram, X, TikTok, or Facebook account.
Employees of Govee Moments (US) Trading Limited (“Govee”), its affiliates, agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members (or household members) are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 1, 2025 at 11AM EDT and ends on July 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT. (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period.
How to Enter
1. Complete the Real Me Quiz on Govee’s official campaign webpage.
2. Share your personalized quiz result on Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok.
3. Include the hashtag #GoveeFloorLamp in your post when sharing your quiz results, and tag @goveeofficial on Instagram or Facebook, tag @GoveeOfficial on X, or tag @govee.official on TikTok.
4. To receive one (1) extra entry:
a. X: Retweet (repost) the event post.
b. Instagram: Share event post on Instagram Stories using #GoveeFloorLamp and @goveeofficial
Only one (1) entry per person is allowed. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Govee reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify those that do not meet the eligibility requirements or attempt to tamper with the Giveaway.
Prizes
Up to 20 winners with valid entries will each receive a Govee smart floor lamp product, with a total prize value not exceeding two hundred dollards (US$200). Winners will randomly receive one of the three floor lamp product models listed below:
● Govee Uplighter Floor Lamp (H60B0) with an ERV of one hundred ninty nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$199.99)
● Govee Torchiere Floor Lamp (H60B1) with an ERV of one hundred forty nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$149.99)
● Govee Tree Floor Lamp (H60B2) with an ERV of one hundred seventy nine dollars and ninty nine cents (US$179.99)
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Giveaway, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be announced on or before August 7, 2025. Winners will be announced via an @goveeofficial Instagram Story and an edit update to the official Giveaway post, via an @govee.official TikTok Story and edit update to the official Giveaway post, via an edit update on the official Giveaway post on Facebook, and via an @GoveeOfficial X post. Govee's official account will contact the winners via Direct Message on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners are supposed to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Publicity Release
By entering, participants grant Govee the right to use their name, likeness, social media handle, and shared quiz result for promotional purposes across Govee platforms, without further compensation or notice.
General Conditions
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Govee, its affiliates, and their respective directors, employees, and agents from any liability or claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or use of any prize.
Personal Information
Participant data will be used solely for administering this Giveaway in accordance with Govee’s Privacy Policy. Personal information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and the Giveaway are governed by the laws of The United States of America without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.

The Giveaway is sponsored and administered by Govee Moments (US) Trading Limited, located at 2501 Chatham Rd, Suite R, Springfield, IL 62704. By participating in the Govee Go Real Me Quiz giveaway, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Instagram, X, Facebook, or TikTok.
