Eligibility:
Govee Find Your '90s Christmas Giveaway is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest.

Have a valid and public (non-private) Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X social account if entering via social media.
Employees of GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED (“Govee”), its agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members (or household members) are not eligible to participate.
2. Sponsor
The Christmas in the '90s Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED (“Govee” or the “Sponsor”).
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on November 5, 2026, at 11:00 AM ET and ends on November 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Giveaway Period”).
The winners will be announced on November 25, 2026, via Govee’s official social media channels.
Entries submitted outside the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Giveaway Period:

Follow Govee’s official social media account on the platform the Participant is entering on. (Instagram/Facebook/Tiktok/X).

Like the official Giveaway post.

Comment on the Giveaway post with your favorite Christmas memory from the 1990s and tag a friend or family member.
Completion of all three steps constitutes one (1) standard entry.
Participants must ensure that their comments comply with the applicable social media platform’s community guidelines.
5. Bonus Entries
Participants may earn additional entries through the following activities:
Story Sharing Bonus:
Participants may share the official Giveaway post to their Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok Story and tag Govee official account to receive one (1) bonus entry. Participants on X may repost the Giveaway post to receive one (1) bonus entry.
Mini-Game Bonus:
Govee will publish two additional holiday-themed mini-game posts during the Giveaway Period. Participants may earn bonus entries by completing the requirements specified in each mini-game post.
The number of bonus entries available for each mini-game, as well as the applicable participation requirements, will be specified in the corresponding post.
All bonus entries must be completed within the applicable deadlines.
Only valid and verifiable bonus entries will be counted. Participants may not earn duplicate entries through the same activity unless otherwise specified.
6. Prizes
A total of six (6) winners will be selected to receive the following prizes:

Santa Prize – 1 Winner: Govee Christmas 2-in-1 String Lights (H6250) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred ninety nine dollars ninety nine cents ($199.99)

Reindeer Prize – 2 Winners: Govee Cone Tree Lights (H6840) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred fifty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($159.99)

Elf Prize – 3 Winners: Govee Christmas String Lights 2 (H70C5) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred twenty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($129.99)
The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. The region SKU model of each prize product provided (US, UK, or EU model) will be based on product availability. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Contest, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, including valid bonus entries.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of being selected.
The drawing will be conducted by Govee or its designated representatives. The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway and winner selection are final.
Winners will be announced on November 25, 2026, and contacted via direct message through the social media platform on which they entered.
Selected winners must respond within 5 calendar days of notification and provide the necessary information to verify their eligibility and arrange prize delivery.
If a selected winner fails to respond within the specified period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, Govee reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Prize Fulfillment
Winners may be required to provide their full name, shipping address, email address, and other information reasonably necessary for prize fulfillment.
Prizes will be shipped to eligible winners at no cost to the winners, subject to confirmation of eligibility and successful verification.
Govee is not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided by winners, delivery delays, lost packages, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges associated with accepting or receiving a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, where required by law.
9. Disqualification
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.

Uses multiple or fake accounts to obtain additional entries.

Engages in fraudulent, automated, or manipulative participation.

Violates the applicable social media platform’s community guidelines.
-
Posts offensive, discriminatory, harmful, or inappropriate content.
-
Fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Govee reserves the right to remove or invalidate any entry that violates these Terms & Conditions.
10. Publicity and Content Usage
By participating in the Giveaway, participants acknowledge that Govee may publicly display their usernames and submitted comments in connection with the Giveaway, including winner announcements and campaign recaps.
Any additional use of participant-generated content for advertising or promotional purposes beyond the Giveaway announcement will be subject to applicable laws and any necessary permissions.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting winners, and fulfilling prizes, in accordance with Govee’s Privacy Policy.
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
12. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Govee MOMENTS LIMITED, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of or in connection with their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Govee is not responsible for technical failures, platform outages, lost or delayed entries, or any other circumstances that may interfere with participation.
13. General Conditions
Govee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the integrity or proper administration of the Giveaway.
Any changes will be communicated through Govee’s official social media channels or the official Giveaway page.
All decisions made by Govee regarding the Giveaway are final, subject to applicable law.
14. Social Media Disclaimer
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
By participating, participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Govee and not to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X.
Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X are released from any responsibility or liability related to this Giveaway.
15. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.
The Giveaway is subject to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
