Eligibility:
Govee Easter Decor Showcase ("Event") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. Have a valid Govee Home Account, or
b. Have a valid and public Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Threads, or Bluesky account.
Participants are excluded if they are employees of Govee Moments (US) Trading Limited ("Sponsor" or "Govee"), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers, directors, officers, and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each.
Activation Period:
This Event will begin on April 8, 2025 at 12am PDT and ends on April 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM PDT ("Event Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Event Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Event either via Govee Home App or on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads, and Bluesky.
If via Govee Home App, Participants should post photo(s) and/or a video(s) in the Govee Events Discussion Board with #GoveeGardenMaze in the post caption.
If via Instagram, Threads, and X, Participants should post photo(s) and/or a video(s), use #GoveeLights in the post caption, and tag @GoveeOfficial in the post caption.
If via Instagram Stories, Participants should post photo(s) or video(s) Stories and use #GoveeLights and @GoveeOfficial in the Stories.
If via TikTok, Participants should post a photo(s) and/or a video(s), use #GoveeLights in the post caption, and tag @govee.official in the post caption.
If via Bluesky, Participants should post a photo(s) and/or a video(s), use #GoveeLights in the post caption, and tag @goveeofficial.bsky.social in the post caption.
Winner Selection:
A total of eleven (11) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Event Period. Winners will be selected by Govee based on post quality, post engagement (likes/comments) and Govee staff evaluation. Winners will be contacted no later than April 30th and Govee reserves the right in all winner selections.
Prizes:
First Prize (3 Winners): 1 x Govee Outdoor Spot Lights (4 pack) (model H7066) with an ERV of one hundred sixty nine dollars and ninty nine cents ($169.99).
Second Prize (3 Winners): 1 x Govee Wall Sconce (1 pack) (model H6039) with an ERV of ninty nine dollars and ninty nine cents ($99.99), and GoveeLife Water Leak Detector (model B5059) with an ERV of fifty four dollars and ninty nine cents ($54.99)
Third Prize (5 Winners): 200 Govee Points
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or is not available in the winner's region. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Event, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be announced publicly on Govee's social channels and in Govee Home App within 5 days after the conclusion of the Event Period. Winners entering on social media will be contacted via Direct Message or Post Reply by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry (note: Thread participants will receive a Direct Message on Instagram), and winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address to claim the prize. Winners entering in Govee Home App will need to email app@govee.com within seven (7) days of the winners announcement with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Event, participants grant Govee the right to use their names, Instagram handles, X handles, TikTok handles, Facebook handles, Thread handles, Bluesky handles, Govee Home App handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Event. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Event at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Event, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Govee, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Event.
