Eligibility:
Govee CES 2025 Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. Are 18 years of age or older.
b. Have a valid X, TikTok, Instagram, Bluesky, or Threads account.
c. Are a registered attendee of CES 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
Entry Period:
The Entry Period runs from January 7, 2025 to January 10, 2025, PST.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Giveaway by taking photo(s) or video(s) of any Govee lighting product at Govee's official CES booth, located in the Venetian Expo at booth no. 51916, and posting these photo(s) or video(s) on their social media via X, TikTok, Instagram, Bluesky, or Threads social platforms. All entry posts must include the hashtag "#GoveeCES" in the post caption, and Govee's official platform account must also be tagged (@GoveeOfficial or @goveeofficial). Photo(s) or video(s) must be owned by the Participant, must be posted on their social media account between January 7, 2025 to January 10, 2025, PST, and must stay posted and publically visible through January 10, 2025 PST. Govee reserves the right to quality or disqualify any Participant entry.
Winner Selection:
A total of five (5) eligible Participants will be selected as winners. Govee reserves all rights for the selection of winners.
Prizes:
Each winner will receive one (1) of the product models featured in their photo(s) or video(s). The exact product model SKUs sent to each winner, including product model lengths, colors, and sizes, are to be selected and decided at the discretion of Govee.
Note: If a winner selects a product that is not yet available for public purchase, the winner will be sent the product after the product's official public release, within the time period before the end of the year 2025. If the selected product does not become available for public purchase by the end of 2025, Govee reserves the right to substitute this product with a different Govee lighting product, at Govee's discretion.
All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock or unavailable. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Giveaway, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted no later than January 15, 2025 PST, via Direct Message by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry (note: Thread participants will receive a Direct Message on Instagram), and winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Free Magnetic Phone Grip Prize:
In addition to the above Govee Lighting Prize, the first 100 CES attendees each day to post an eligible entry and to show the entry to an official Govee in-booth staff member will receive a free magnetic phone grip at the booth. To redeem the magnetic phone grip prize, the post must already be upload onto the Participant's social media account, and the participant must allow the Govee in-booth staff member to take a photo of the Participant's phone screen showing the entry post. The magnetic phone grip must be redeemed on-site at Govee's booth at the time of posting the eligible entry, and cannot be redeemed at a later date.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Govee, Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Giveaway.
