Eligibility:
Govee Spring Merch Collection Teaser Giveaway ("Event") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

Are 18 years old or older.

Are a resident of the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or European Union

Have a valid Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, or Bluesky account.

Follow Govee's official Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, or Bluesky accounts.
Participants are excluded if they are employees of Govee Moments (US) Trading Limited ("Sponsor" or "Govee"), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers, directors, officers, and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each.
Activation Period:
This Event will begin on April 15, 2025 at 11am EST and ends on April 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM PDT ("Event Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Event Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Event via Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, or Bluesky, by commenting on / replying to one of the official Event posts with a guess what at least one of the new Govee 2025 Spring Merch Collection items being teased is in the post's zoomed-in images, and also tagging one (1) other account on the same social platform. The official Event post will be on the official Govee social feeds listed below:
Instagram and Threads - @goveeofficial
X - @GoveeOfficial
Facebook - @Govee
Bluesky - @goveeofficial.bsky.social
Winner Selection:
A total of three (3) winners will be selected from among all the eligible entries that also feature correct guesses about at least one of the new Govee 2025 Spring Merch Collection items featured in the Event's teaser images. If fewer than three (3) eligible entries feature correct guesses, then eligible entries featuring the next closest correct guesses will be selected. Govee reserves all rights in the winner selection process and selection outcomes. Winners will be contacted no later than April 30th, 2025.
Prizes:
First Prize (1 Winners): 3 items from the Govee 2025 Spring Merch Collection
Second Prize (1 Winners): 2 items from the Govee 2025 Spring Merch Collection
Third Prize (1 Winners): 1 items from the Govee 2025 Spring Merch Collection
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or is not available in the winner's region. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Event, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be announced publicly on Govee's social channels within 8 days after the conclusion of the Event Period. Winners entering on social media will be contacted via Direct Message or Post Reply by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry (note: Thread participants will receive a Direct Message on Instagram), and winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Event, participants grant Govee the right to use their names, Instagram handles, X handles, Facebook handles, Thread handles, Bluesky handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Event. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Event at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Event, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Govee, Instagram, X, Facebook, Threads, Bluesky, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Event.
