CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC

I will update once I've had a chance to test my lights, but I wanted to mention right away that the customer service has been great. Not sure why others have reported issues with the customer service, but from us the get five stars. When our lights first arrived they did not work; there was clearly an issue with the power adapter being faulty. Unfortuntely for us, it was just after 5pm on a Friday, and their website says that their customer service representatives are available Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm only. We were super bummed, as we had really wanted to try the lights over the weekend, but I went ahead and emailed their customer service department as instructed on the "contact us" page of their website and described the issue. To my surprise, I actually got an email back on Saturday and after a few emails back & forth, Monday morning they had a replacement shipped which will arrive today. So within less than a week. They were very helpful and solicitous. Like I said in the beginning, I will update this review with comments regarding the function of the actual lights themselves once we get them today and have a chance to get them hooked up. Kudos for your customer service, Govee!

Permanant Pro outdoor lighting

I love both the regular and pro outdoor string lighting. I used the regular ones for back porch and three 200 foot strings of the pro outdoor string lights and will be buying other items they sell.
