Really Nice Addition to my Setup

Bought this strip for my Asus XG32VQR. Was a little disappointed to see that it uses a wall wart for power and not just a USB port on the back of my monitor, but I also had the complete wrong idea of how this actually works. My thought was it would connect as a USB device and that's how it would talk to my PC. That's not it, it gets power from the wall, connected to the Govee mobile app to give it wifi access, and then ultimately controlled with Dreamview in the Govee Desktop App. Does a great job at seamlessly transitioning to whatever is on the screen, was super easy to set up, and really adds a fantastic layer of immersion to whatever you're watching/playing.

I caught these on a sale for ~$40USD, and would definitely recommend them... at that price. I'm not sure I would have paid $70 for them, but luckily Govee often has sales/coupons that you can use to bring the price down. This is my 6th Govee product, and I've been very happy with all of them... Wish they had something like this that works with a smart TV OS so you don't need the camera.

This is a great product. Using it on a 42" screen

What can I say about this. Just a great product. Works well, looks awesome, the lights are very bright, and the app is great. Install was super easy, the adhesion on the back of the lights is phenomenal. I have 3 42" screens and installed it on my middle screen. Take a look at the picture I posted it looks great. You can also use their desktop software Dreamview, to have it mirror colors on your screen. I recommend a gazillion times over! Enjoy!

Awesome lights!!!

I had a kit that synced up with my monitor but the LEDs were not too bright.
This Govee kit is a BANGER!!! The LEDs are super bright and the app you use to control them is awesome! The only unfortunate part is that this is not compatible with the software to light up like my monitor but I won’t ding it for that as I did not read that on the model specifications!
The lights looks great and even better in the dark!

Amazing

Put this on my kids computer and the color is amazing. Its the same that's on the screen. adds a nice affect when watching a movie on the computer.
