Govee Watch Party Event Contest 2026 T&C
Eligibility:
Govee Watch Party Event 2026 is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest.
b. Have a valid and public (non-private) Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X social account if entering via social media.
c. Have a valid Govee Home account if entering via Govee Home Community.
Entry Period:
There are three (3) separate Entry Periods for this Contest, with four (4) winners being randomly chosen at the conclusion of each Entry Period. Each Participant must submit an eligible entry within a specific Entry Period to be eligible to win that Entry Period's prizes. Eligible entries must be submitted within one of the Entry Periods, otherwise, entries will be void.
Entry Period 1 (Day 1): June 11, 2026 from 9:00 AM EST to 11:59 PM EDT.
Entry Period 2 (Day 2): June 12, 2026 from 9:00 AM EST to 11:59 PM EDT.
Entry Period 3 (Day 3): June 13, 2026 from 9:00 AM EST to 11:59 PM EDT.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Contest either on social media via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or X, using a public social account on one of these social media platforms, or enter in Govee Home Community, using a valid Govee Home account.
A) For Social Media: Comment within the comment section of one or more of the daily Contest Posts.
Entry Period 1: Comment on the Day 1 Contest Post with "Hamburgers", "Chicken", or "Pizza" (or similar written variation or emoji for one of these food items) plus the hashtag #UnstoppableFun
Entry Period 2: Comment on the Day 2 Contest post with "Curtain Lights Pro", "Tree Floor Lamp", or "Govee Floor Lamp 3" (or similar written variation for one of these Govee light models) plus the hashtag #UnstoppableFun
Entry Period 3: Comment on the Day 3 Contest post with "Flags", "Soccer" or "Lights" (or similar written variation for one of these decor styles) plus the hashtag #UnstoppableFun
B) For Govee Home Community: Complete the poll within one or more of the daily Contest Posts and comment under the Contest Posts.
Winner Selection:
A total of twelve (12) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during all the Contest Periods, with four (4) winners being chosen during each Entry Period. Winners will be contacted no later than June 18th, 2026. A single Participant may only be selected as a winner a maximum of one (1) time across all Entry Periods, and only one (1) individual per household or family can be selected as a winner across all Entry Periods. Govee reserves all rights for the selection of winners, and reserves the right to explain the winner selection.
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whose social media account or Govee Home that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest, or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Govee receives notification about any potential infringements.

Entry Period 1:
Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) Govee TV Backlight 3 (H2A40) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred nine dollars ninty nine cents ($109.99), one (1) Govee Lantern Floor Lamp (H1630) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred twenty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($129.99), and one USA soccer cap signed by Tim Howard.
Entry Period 2:
Four (4) winners will each receive one (1) Govee Curtain Lights Pro (H70B6) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred ninty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($199.99), one (1) Govee Outdoor Cylinder Pathway Lights (H3511) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred sixty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($169.99), and one USA soccer ball signed by Tim Howard.
Entry Period 3:
Three (3) 2nd Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Govee Floor Lamp 3 (16B0) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred sixty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($169.99), and one (1) Govee 20-inch Ceiling Fan With Lights (H1370) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred eighty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($189.99).
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive (1) Govee TV Backlight 3 (H2A40) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred nine dollars ninty nine cents ($109.99), one (1) Govee Curtain Lights Pro (H70B6) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred ninty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($199.99), one (1) Govee Floor Lamp 3 (16B0) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred sixty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($169.99), one (1) Govee 20-inch Ceiling Fan With Lights (H1370) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred eighty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($189.99), and one (1) US soccer jersey signed by Tim Howard.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. The region SKU model of each prize product provided (US, UK, or EU model) will be based on product availability. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Contest, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified no later than June 18th, 2026 via Direct Message or post comment by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, or via an email from app@govee.com for Participants in Govee Home Community, and winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, Govee Home handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest.
