Eligibility:
GoveeLife #StayCool Campaign ("Campaign") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
A. Are 18 years old or older.
B. Have a valid and public Instagram account.
Activation Period:
This Campaign will begin on January 15, 2026 at 10AM EST and ends January 22, 2026 at 11:59PM PDT ("Campaign Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Campaign Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Campaign only on Instagram.
Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Campaign Period. Winners will be contacted no later than January 30th, 2026 and GoveeLife reserves the right in all winner selections.
Prizes:
The winner will receive one GoveeLife Smart Countertop Ice Maker 1s (H717D) with an ERV of one hundred forty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($149.99).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. GoveeLife reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or is not available in the winner's region. GoveeLife is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Campaign, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via Direct Message or Post Reply by GoveeLife's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners need to reply within seven (7) days with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Campaign, participants grant GoveeLife the right to use their names, Instagram handles and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
GoveeLife reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign. GoveeLife reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Campaign at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless GoveeLife, Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Campaign.
