Eligibility:
Govee #MyGoveeAI UGC Campaign ("Campaign") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
A. Are 18 years old or older.
B. Have a valid and public Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok account.
Activation Period:
This Campaign will begin on November 7, 2025 at 10AM EST and ends November 21, 2025 at 11:59PM EST ("Campaign Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Campaign Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Campaign either on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or X.
If via Instagram or X, Participants should post photo(s) and/or a video(s), use #MyGoveeAI in the post caption, and tag @GoveeOfficial in the post caption.
If via TikTok, Participants should post photo(s) and/or a video(s), use #MyGoveeAI in the post caption, and tag @govee.official in the post caption.
If via Facebook, Participants should post photo(s) and/or a video(s) in the comment section of the Facebook Campaign post, and use #MyGoveeAI in the Campaign post comment.
Posted photos and videos must be original content produced by the Participant themselves.
Winner Selection:
A total of three (3) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Campaign Period. Winners will be contacted no later than November 29th, 2025 and Govee reserves the right in all winner selections.
Prizes:
Each Winner will receive one Govee Icicle Lights (H70D1) with an ERV of on hundred forty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($149.99).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or is not available in the winner's region. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Campaign, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted via Direct Message or Post Reply by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners need to reply within seven (7) days with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Campaign, participants grant Govee the right to use their names, Instagram handles, X handles, TikTok handles, Facebook handles and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Campaign at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Govee, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Campaign.
