Eligibility:
Govee Big Game Giveaway 2025 is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Giveaway.

A legal resident of the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, or a European Union member country.

Have a valid Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, or Bluesky account.
Entry Period:
The entry period for this Giveaway ("Giveaway") begins on February 8th, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on February 9th, 2025 at 6:30 PM EST ("Giveaway Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Giveaway Period, otherwise, the entry will be considered null & void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Giveaway on social media via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, or Bluesky. To enter, Participants on each platform must comment on the Giveaway post with what they would watch on their TV using Govee TV Backlights. In addition, Participants must also fulfill the following steps in order to have an eligible entry for the Giveaway:
For Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook: Follow Govee's official account and tag another account in the Giveaway post comments.
For X, Threads, and Bluesky: Follow Govee's official account and repost the Giveaway post.
Winner Selection:
A total of three (3) winners will be randomly selected among the pool of total eligible entries. Govee reserves all rights for the selection of winners.
Prizes:
Each winner will receive one (1) Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite (model H6099) with an ERV of eighty nine dollars and ninty nine cents ($89.99) for the 55"-65" model size or one hundred nine dollars and ninty nine cents ($109.99) for the 75"-85" model size, and one (1) Govee Neon Rope Light 2 (model H61D3) with an ERV of ninty nine dollars and ninty nine cents ($99.99). Winners may select the TV Backlight 3 Lite size they prefer.
All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock or unavailable. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Giveaway, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be contacted no later than February 15th, 2025 EST, via Direct Message by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry (note: Thread Participants will receive a Direct Message on Instagram, and Facebook and Bluesky Participants will receive a comment reply with further instructions). Winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize. Winners should also provide any size preference for the TV Backlight 3 Lite prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Giveaway at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Giveaway, Participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Govee, Instagram, X, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Giveaway.
