Terms & Conditions
1 ELIGIBILITY:
1) Eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Participants”).
2) A legal resident of the United States, Canada, UK, or EU.
3) Has a valid Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, Bluesky, or TikTok account.
4) Has a valid home address, phone number, and email address.
5) Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of Participants are excluded if they are employees of Govee Moments US Trading Limited ("Sponsor" or "Govee"), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers, directors, officers, and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each.
2 CONTEST PERIOD:
Begins at 9:00:00 a.m. EST on March 17th, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on March 18th, 2026 (Contest Period). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Contest Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
3 HOW TO ENTER:
Participants can enter the Contest either via Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, Bluesky, or TikTok social platforms.
To be an eligible participant and enter into this Contest:

Follow Govee's official account on Instagram (@goveeofficial), Facebook (@GOVEE), X (@GoveeOfficial), Threads (@goveeofficial), Bluesky (@goveeofficial.bsky.social) or TikTok (@govee.official), and
-
On the same social platform that Govee is being followed, post a comment in the comments section of the "Get Green with Govee" Contest, with the comment including any green-colored emoji (an emoji with green as its dominate color) and the hashtag #GoveeOutdoorLights

After submitting an eligible entry via the rules above, participants can receive an additional entry by posting an original photo or video of the participant's St. Patrick's Day decorations on their social feed (including on Instagram Stories and Facebook comments), by tagging Govee's official account. Note: 1) All posted content must be original content produced by the participant, and 2) Participants posting content to a private social account might not receive an additional entry due to the possibility of the content not being visible to the Contest Administrator, and thus it is recommended to post content to a public social account.
4 WINNER SELECTION:
A total of three (3) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during all the Contest Period. Winners will be contacted no later than March 25, 2026. A single Participant may only be selected as a winner a maximum of one (1) time, and only one individual per household or family can be selected as a winner. Govee reserves all rights for the selection of winners, and reserves the right to explain the winner selection.
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest, or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Govee receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. Govee will not verify receipt of entries for Participants.
5 WINNER NOTIFICATION:
Winners will be contacted via Direct Message or Comment Reply by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners are required to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, home address, phone number, and email address to claim the prize. If a prize winner does not respond within the seven (7) day time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative potential winner will be selected (time permitting). If the prize winner is not able to verify they are eighteen (18) years or older or that they are legal residents of the United States of America, Canada, the UK, or EU, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative potential winner will be selected (time permitting).
6 PRIZE DETAILS:
Each winner will receive one (1) Govee Curtain Lights 2 (H70B4 9.8x6.6ft) with an ERV of two hundred fifty nine dollars ninty nine cents (US$259.99).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Contest, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
7 PUBLICITY:
Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor and affiliated Entities to use each prize winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.
8 RELEASE:
By accepting a prize, prize winner agrees to release and hold harmless Govee, Administrator, all applicable social media platforms, and each of their respective parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.
9 GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Govee and/or Administrator, reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, and also reserve the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Contest, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate the social platforms' terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor or Administrator, will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
10 DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Administrator and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you, Administrator and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
11 PRIVACY POLICY:
If you are verified as a prize winner, your social media handle and name may be made publicly available in the winner's announcement for this Contest.
