Eligibility
The “Share Your Halloween Decorating Ideas” GIVEAWAY (“Giveaway”) is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. Legal residents of the United States.
b. 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
c. Have a valid and public Instagram account.
Employees of Govee Moments (US) Trading Limited (“Govee”), its agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members (or household members) are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on October 4, 2026 at 11 AM EDT and ends on October 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT. (“Giveaway Period”). All entries must be received within the Giveaway Period.
How to Enter
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Contest on social media via Instagram. To enter, Participants must:

Winner Selection
A total of one (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. Govee reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify those that do not meet the eligibility requirements or attempt to tamper with the Giveaway.
Prizes
A total of one (1) winner will each receive one (1) prize package containing all two (2) products listed below.
Prize details:
● Govee Outdoor Chromatic String Lights, model H7045 (ERV of $169.99)
● Govee Permanent Outdoor Lights Prism, model H707B (ERV of $699.99)
Total approximate retail value: $869.98.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Giveaway, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
The winner will be announced on or before 18th October, 2026. Winners will be announced via an @goveeofficial Instagram Story and an edit update to the official Giveaway post. Govee's official account will contact the winners via Direct Message on IG, and winners are supposed to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Failure to respond within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Publicity:
By participating in the Giveaway, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED, Instagram, X, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest.
