I love this lamp so much! It provides so many options for ambiance, as well as functional lighting. The white light is plenty bright, actually much brighter than I was anticipating. All the different scenes are fun to choose from, depending on my mood. My personal favorite feature is the sync to music! So many different options in that one feature alone, and the best part is Music Dream View!!! (Syncing all my Govee lights in the room for the ultimate dance party!) This is the light I want in every corner of my home! However, I will say, it is best to have it in a corner that is not half covered by a couch or something else, otherwise you lose the visual of all the awesomeness this lamp can provide!

Great party lamp
Got this for my home gym which can get pretty dark. The music modes work great and are lots of fun while suffering through some cardio. Some really great calm settings as well for stretching and yoga. Easy to assemble, took 10 minutes tops. Worth the price compared to some cheaper versions that you would find on Amazon that would just break or disappoint you.

Light facing in or out?
I like the lights, we have two in a room and I like how i can control both from one remote, as long as they stay in sync. They function as part of the lighting experience with the home theater. I have them in a corner with the lights facing into the corner. Per the images on Govee's site, how the power is connected is rather obscured when it comes to the power. Is it possible to rotate the light bar relative to the base so the power cord is also facing the wall (both on same side)?
