Govee X Miami Dolphins Pregame Ritual Contest

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE CONTEST IS INTENDED FOR VIEWING IN FLORIDA ONLY AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW. VOID OUTSIDE OF FLORIDA AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1 ELIGIBILITY:

1) Legal residents within Florida excluding the 75-mile radius surrounding Jacksonville, Florida and Tampa, Florida.

2) Eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Entrant”).

3) Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of Participants are excluded if they are employees of Govee Moments (US) Trading Limited ("Sponsor" or "Govee"), South Florida Stadium LLC d/b/a Hard Rock Stadium, the Miami Dolphins, the National Football League (the “NFL”), and the NFL Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers, directors, officers, and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each.

4) The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Participation constitutes such Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.

5) Have a valid and public Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok account.

6) Have a valid home address, phone number, and email address.

2 CONTEST PERIOD:

Contest begins at 11:00:00 a.m. EDT on September 28, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on October 15, 2025 ("Contest Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Contest Period, otherwise, entries will be void.

3 HOW TO ENTER: Entrants must submit an entry by 11:59pm EDT the day of the Contest Period ending date.

Participants ("Participants") can enter the Contest either via Instagram, Facebook, X, or TikTok, using a public (not private) account.

1) Participants entering via Instagram or X should post a video or photo displaying their pregame rituals, use the hashtag #LightUpPhinsUp in the post caption, tag two other accounts in the post caption, and follow @GoveeOfficial

2) Participants entering via TikTok should post a video or photo displaying their pregame rituals, use the hashtag #LightUpPhinsUp in the post caption, tag two other accounts in the post caption, and follow @govee.official

3) Participants entering via Facebook should post a video or photo displaying their pregame rituals, use the hashtag #LightUpPhinsUp in the post caption, tag two other accounts in the post caption, and follow GOVEE on Facebook

Posted "pregame ritual" video content must be original content produced by the Entrant.

4 WINNER SELECTION:

A total of four (4) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. Winners will be contacted no later than October 20th, 2025. Only one individual per household or family can be selected as a winner in this Contest. Govee reserves the right to explain the winner selection and reserves all rights for the selection of winners.

Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest, or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Govee receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. Govee will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants.

5 WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be contacted via Direct Message or Comment Reply by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners are required to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, home address, phone number, and email address to claim the prize. If a prize winner does not respond within the seven (7) day time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative potential winner will be selected (time permitting). If the prize winner is not able to verify they are eighteen (18) years or older or that they are legal residents within Florida excluding the 75-mile radius of Jacksonville, Florida and Tampa, Florida, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative potential winner will be selected (time permitting).

6 PRIZE DETAILS:

Each winner will receive a prize of: Two (2) tickets to the Baltimore Ravens vs Miami Dolphins NFL football game scheduled for October 30th, 2025 (a total ERV (estimated retail value) of three hundred forty dollars ($340)). Seating assignments at the Game will be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, and are subject to availability and change. The date of the Miami Dolphins game listed above is subject to change based on the NFL’s flexible scheduling procedures. For more detailed information about the NFL’s flexible scheduling procedures for the 2025 NFL Season, please visit the following website: https://www.nfl.com/schedules/flexible-scheduling-procedures. Transportation, accommodations, meals, gratuities, and all other expenses not specified herein are prize winner’s responsibility.

Use of any Miami Dolphins game ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket set forth in the 2025-2026 Hard Rock Stadium Ticketback Terms, available at https://www.miamidolphins.com/legal/tickets-terms-conditions. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game, as defined by NFL, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Sponsor, Hard Rock Stadium, and the NFL reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game. The Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any NFL game. In the event that a Miami Dolphins home game does not take place as scheduled, for reasons such as cancellation, preemption or postponement, or for any reason beyond the control of the Sponsor, no additional substitution or compensation will be provided. NFL game tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game ticket.

Limit one (1) prize per person/household. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Prize winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and/or local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with acceptance and/or use of the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used.

If Sponsor so elects, potential prize winner and one (1) guest (if applicable) may be required to submit to a confidential background check. Such background check may include (but is not limited to) investigation of criminal, sexual offenses, or other arrest or conviction record, and any other factor deemed relevant by the Sponsor to help ensure that potential prize winner and one (1) guest (if applicable) will not bring the Sponsor or the NFL Entities into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule or reflect unfavorably on the Sponsor or the NFL Entities. If requested, potential prize winner and one (1) guest (if applicable) agree to sign waiver forms authorizing the release of personal and background information. In the event of noncompliance, to be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor, prize will be forfeited and will be awarded to an alternate prize winner (time permitting).

In the event of noncompliance within any stated time period, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential prize winner will be selected (time permitting). Any alternate potential prize winner selected will also be required to adhere to the time periods described herein. Any prize notification or prize returned to the Sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate potential prize winner (time permitting).

Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or land-line phone service or a change in an Entrant’s email, phone number or mailing address which may result in a potential prize winner not receiving initial prize notification or prize information.

7 PUBLICITY:

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor and the NFL Entities to use each prize winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

8 RELEASE:

By accepting a prize, prize winner agrees to release and hold harmless Govee, Administrator, South Florida Stadium LLC d/b/a Hard Rock Stadium, the NFL Entities, , all applicable social media platforms, and each of their respective parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.

9 GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Govee and/or Administrator, reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, and also reserve the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Contest, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate the social platforms' terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor or Administrator, will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10 DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, Administrator and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you, Administrator and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. The place of arbitration shall be Miami, Florida.

11 PRIVACY POLICY:

If you are verified as a prize winner, your social media handle and name may be made publicly available in the winner's announcement for this Contest.

14 DISCLAIMER:

The National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Productions LLC, NFL International LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and employees (collectively, the “NFL Entities”) will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Contest or any prize awarded. This Contest is in no way sponsored, administered, or produced by any of the NFL Entities.
