Govee Guess the Character Sweepstakes Terms & Conditions

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE GOVERNED BY UNITED STATES LAW. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AND VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1 ELIGIBILITY:

1) Legal residents of the United States of America.

2) Eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your state of legal residence, whichever is older at the time of entry (each a “Participant” and collectively referred to herein as the “Participants”).

3) Employees, contractors, directors, officers and agents of Govee Moments (US) Trading Limited ("Sponsor" or "Govee"), Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures (“Disney”), and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and other prize suppliers, and each of their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each.

4) The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes such Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these official rules (“Official Rules”) and Sponsor’s decisions which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein.

5) Have a valid Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, or TikTok account.

6) Have a valid home address, phone number, and email address.

2 SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

Day 1 Sweepstakes Period:

Begins at 9:00:00 a.m. EST on November 21st, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on November 21st, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period 1"). All eligible entries for Sweepstakes Period 1 must be submitted within this time period, otherwise, entries will be void.

Day 2 Sweepstakes Period:

Begins at 9:00:00 a.m. EST on November 22nd, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on November 22nd, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period 2"). All eligible entries for Sweepstakes Period 2 must be submitted within this time period, otherwise, entries will be void.

Day 3 Sweepstakes Period:

Begins at 9:00:00 a.m. EST on November 23rd, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on November 23rd, 2025 ("Sweepstakes Period 3"). All eligible entries for Sweepstakes Period 3 must be submitted within this time period, otherwise, entries will be void.

3 HOW TO ENTER: Participants must submit an entry in each Sweepstakes Period they wish to be entered in.

Participants can enter the Sweepstakes either via Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, or TikTok. To enter during each Sweepstakes Period, participants should leave a comment on that Sweepstakes Period's social post, and the Participant's comment should include the Participant's guess for which Zootopia 2 character the pictured Govee Outdoor Lights lighting scene is based on. The Participant's guess should include the Zootopia 2 character name.

4 WINNER SELECTION:

A total of nine (9) winners will be selected from all eligible Entries received during all Sweepstakes Periods, with three (3) winners being selected for each of the three (3) Sweepstakes Periods. Winners will be contacted no later than December 1st, 2025. A single Participant may only be selected as a winner a maximum of one (1) time over all three Sweepstakes Periods together, and only one individual per household or family can be selected as a winner over all three Sweepstakes Periods. Govee reserves all rights for the selection of winners, and reserves the right to explain the winner selection. Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whose social media account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes, or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Govee receives notification about any potential infringements or breaches of law or any other reason set forth herein. Govee will not verify receipt of entries for Participants.

5 WINNER NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be contacted via Direct Message or Comment Reply by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, and winners are required to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, home address, phone number, and email address to claim the prize. If a prize winner does not respond within the seven (7) day time period, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative potential winner will be selected (time permitting). If the prize winner is not able to verify they are eighteen (18) years or older or that they are legal residents of the United States of America, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative potential winner will be selected (time permitting).

6 PRIZE DETAILS:

Day 1 Sweepstakes Period:

Each winner will receive 1 x Govee Permanent Outdoor Pro 100ft (H706A) with an ERV of four hundred thirty nine dollars and ninety nine cents (US$439.99), 1 x Zootopia 2 Foldable Umbrella, and 1 x Zootopia 2 Backpack with Pouch.

Day 2 Sweepstakes Period:

Each winner will receive 1 x Govee Curtain Lights 2 (H70B3) with an ERV of one hundred forty nine dollars and ninety nine cents (US$149.99), 1 x Zootopia 2 Faux Leather Journal + Zootopia 2 Mini Stationary Set

Day 3 Sweepstakes Period:

Each winner will receive 1 x Govee Christmas Tree Lights (H6800) with an ERV of one hundred thirty nine dollars and ninety nine cents (US$139.99), 1 x Zootopia 2 Sticker Set + Zootopia 2 Pouch Set.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Sweepstakes, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

7 PUBLICITY:

Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission for Sponsor and affiliated entities to use each prize winner’s name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered worldwide and on the Internet without notice or review or approval as permitted by law.

8 RELEASE:

By entering the Sweepstakes and/or claiming a prize, Participant agrees to release and hold harmless Govee, Disney, all applicable social media platforms, including but not limited to Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agencies (collectively the “Released Parties”) from all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death, and property damage.

9 GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Govee, reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Official Rules or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, and also reserve the right to cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or act in violation of the Official Rules, or act in any manner to threaten or abuse or harass any person, or violate the social platforms' terms of service, as solely determined by the Sponsor, will be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to Participant’s or any other person’s property related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES; AS A RESULT, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

10 DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules; provided that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with the intellectual property of Disney, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California and in the event of any dispute, all Participants irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles, California to resolve such disputes.

13 WINNERS LIST REQUEST:

If you are verified as a prize winner, your social media handle and name may be made publicly available in the winner's announcement for this Sweepstakes.

Disney will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered, associated or produced by any of the Released Parties.
