Govee Vintage Christmas Contest 2025 T&C
Eligibility:
Govee Vintage Christmas Contest 2025 is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest.
b. Have a valid and public Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X social account.
Entry Period:
The entry period for this Contest begins on November 25th, 2025 at 10:00 AM EST and ends on December 24th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST ("Contest Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Contest Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Contest either on social media via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or X, using a public social account on one of these social media platforms.
1. All Participants must follow Govee's official account for the social media platform they are entering on.
2. Participants on all platforms can enter by posting photo(s) or video(s) showing their own holiday decorations (Decorations Post) to their social feed, using #GoveeVintageChristmas & #LitByGovee in the caption of their Decorations Post and also tagging Govee's official account in their Decoration Post.
3. For Instagram: Besides entering by posting on their social feed, Participants on Instagram may also enter by posting their own holiday decorations photo(s) or video(s) (Decoration Story) to their Instagram Stories, using #GoveeVintageChristmas & #LitByGovee in their Decoration Story and also tagging @goveeofficial in the Decoration Story. If entering by posting to Instagram Stories, participants should screenshot their posted story and DM the screenshot to our @goveeofficial messages.
4. For Facebook: Besides entering by posting on their social feed, Participants on Facebook may also enter by posting their own holiday decorations photo(s) or video(s) (Decoration Comment) in the comments section of the Govee Vintage Christmas Contest 2025 official post, using #GoveeVintageChristmas & #LitByGovee in their Decoration Comment.
Winner Selection:
1. Grand Prize Winner Selection
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected by the Govee Social Team based on the following criteria:
• Creativity and originality
• Quality of the décor setup (lighting, styling, execution)
• Best representation of the #GoveeVintageChristmas theme
• Compliance with all entry requirements
2. Glow Picks Winners (Tiered Unlock System)
A minimum of three (3) Glow Picks Winners will be selected. Additional Glow Picks Winners may be unlocked based on the total number of valid entries received during the contest period:
• 20 valid entries → unlock Winner #4
• 40 valid entries → unlock Winner #5
• 70 valid entries → unlock Winner #6
• 100 valid entries → unlock Winner #7
• 150 valid entries → unlock Winner #8
A maximum total of eight (8) Glow Picks Winners may be awarded.
Prizes:
a. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a Premium Govee Product Bundle that includes one (1) Govee Curtain Lights (H70B3) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred forty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($149.99), one (1) Govee Christmas String Lights 2 (H70C5) with an ERV of one hundred twenty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($129.99), one (1) Govee Cone Tree Lights (H684X) with an ERV of one hundred fifty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($159.99), one (1) Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite (H6099) with an ERV of eighty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($89.99).
b. Govee will also donate US$1000 to the Grand Prize Winner’s charity of choice. Such charity shall be subject to Govee’s prior written approval. Govee reserves the right to verify the legitimacy and tax-exempt status of the selected charity and to withhold or redirect the donation if the selected organization does not qualify as a bona fide charitable organization under applicable law or does not align with Govee’s charitable giving policies.
c. Each Glow Picks Winner will receive one (1) randomly chosen item from the Holiday Prize Pool listed below:
• Govee Curtain Lights
• Govee Christmas String Lights 2
• Govee Cone Tree Lights
• Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite
The value of the random chosen items for Glow Picks Winners is as follows: Govee Curtain Lights (H70B3) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred forty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($149.99), Govee Christmas String Lights 2 (H70C5) with an ERV of one hundred twenty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($129.99), Govee Cone Tree Lights (H684X) with an ERV of one hundred fifty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($159.99), Govee TV Backlight 3 Lite (H6099) with an ERV of eighty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($89.99).
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Contest, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified no later than December 31st, 2025 via Direct Message or post comment by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry. and winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest. Participants also agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the chosen charity for the Grand Prize donation, including the charity's respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest.
