Welcome back, Govee friends! We are back with another daily update on everything that’s happened during CES 2022. Due to time constraints, there wasn’t enough time for me to sit down and write a full update for yesterday. Instead, I’ll give you a brief summary on what we did. Matt and I arrived at the Venetian (Formerly Sands) Expo yesterday afternoon to get our first look at our booth. We were located in the smart home section alongside companies big and small that were as passionate about their technology as we are. To say we were humbled to be a part of such a global event is an understatement. For some of our team, we hadn’t visited Vegas in years. I hadn’t visited since 2009, but I distinctly remember the Grand Canale Shops in the Venetian with gorgeous ceilings painted like clear blue skies. The only thing that was missing was “Phantom of the Opera,” which was playing the last time I was there. Instead, another performer has taken its place. On a more positive note, it was great to return while introducing Govee to our biggest audience yet. That’s what kept us motivated during setup, despite a few minor issues along the way. By the time the show floor was open, everything fell perfectly into place. Now came the first day of CES 2022. The doors opened at 10am sharp and our booth has been decked out with our most popular Govee lights and home appliances. The theme for our booth was to give the attendees a feel of a colorful smart home unlike any other. We have a living room section, a bedroom/gaming room section, and a small outdoor section to feature our products. Our team received a wide range of visitors including influencers, tech reviewers, distributors, buyers, and other passionate industry people. We even had individuals from other booths stop by to check out our mesmerizing products. What made every interaction extra special was hearing that people were either familiar with our products or already owned a few in their homes. Some admitted to purchasing lights for their children, grandchildren, or work colleagues. Some also admitted they heard about us through family and friends. We are aware that many of our community members recommend us to others. It truly brightened our day (pun intended) to know that our brand is becoming more familiar around the world. Tomorrow is definitely going to be an exciting day. Greetings to all of our Govee enthusiasts! This is Dani from the Govee marketing team. With the help of my colleague, Matt, we are going to be sharing regular updates during CES 2022, which takes place between January 5-8th 2022 in Las Vegas. This is Govee’s first appearance at CES and we are beyond excited to showcase our growing collection of products to a global audience. Be sure to keep an eye on this blog as well as our social media platforms for more CES content. Before we get started with the main event, we participated in the preview event known as CES Unveiled. Here, companies can showcase some of their products or host exclusive press events before the show floor officially opens on January 5th. Only registered media were allowed to attend the event, which took place at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. Matt and I arrived at our designated table at around 3:30 pm to start setting up. While the tables were small, we made sure we showcased our products in the best way possible. The products we featured included our Neon Rope Light, RGBIC Strip Lights, Table Lamp, Floor Lamp, and our Wall Light. Matt also prepared videos to showcase other popular products such as our TV Backlights. Since it was a small table, preparations didn’t take longer than an hour. Once everything was set, we took a few moments to take a pictures before the media arrived at 5pm sharp. We met a lot of individuals visiting us from the US, the UK, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Japan, and more. They were taking pictures of our table, learning more about the Govee brand, and staring in awe at the various effects featured on each of our lights. Many were impressed by our growth in our 4 years as a company. Our number of registered app users has grown rapidly and continues to grow to this day. Not only that, but we’ve successfully expanded our line of products throughout the home (i.e. our new smart home appliances). This wouldn’t have been possible without the consistent support of our community. Meanwhile, our colleagues at the Venetian Expo have started with construction on our booth. There will be plenty of our products on display. We will also share a sneak preview of some products that are still in development. We can’t wait to show pictures once it’s finished.
