The outdoor spot lights are excellent! Used then at one of my tunnel car washes inside the bay and they work great.

Lights won’t change colors

I installed these lights as instructed. The lights only come on as white and will not change colors. I have them connected to my app, and still no luck changing the color or dimming the lights. It’s as if they are stuck on a preset that I can’t override. There needs to be a way to factory set the lights and the control box. The “hold the power button down for 5-10 seconds” only briefly turns the light off and back on. I have spend $500 on lights and I am very disappointed with how little troubleshooting information there is online for these lights. Everything you find is for the strip lights and none of it is applicable. Guess I’ll be returning all of this and buying Phillips.
