Great product

I love this humidifier. It does a great job and is easy to use. It also holds enough water that it can stay on for a long time.

I did not receive my whole order!

I did not receive the filters or scent pads. I paid for the extra 12 pads but never got them. I have been waiting on customer service to resolve this but as of now there has been no solution.
