Welcome to Goveeā€™s 8th Anniversary Contest Event!Ā 

Weā€™re celebrating eight amazing years of lighting up your lives, and this year weā€™re inviting our followers to join the celebration for a chance to win exciting prizes. This contest is separate from other promotions and is open exclusively to those who submit a photo or video on Instagram, TikTok, X, or Facebook.

By participating, you agree to these Terms below. Participants (ā€œParticipantsā€) entering this contest using the hashtag #LitByGovee and #GoveeFanFest2025 to post a photo or video also agree to the Terms listed in our #LitByGovee UGC Campaign Terms & Conditions. Please read the rules carefully before entering.

Eligibility

The Govee 8th Anniversary Giveaway 2025 Event ("Contest") is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:
a. Are 18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest.
b. Are a legal resident of the United States of America.
c. Have a valid and public Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X account.

Entry Period

The entry period for this Contest begins on November 4th, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST and ends on November 9th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST ("Contest Period"). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Contest Period, otherwise, entries will be void.

How to Join (3 Easy Steps)

Participants (ā€œParticipantsā€) can enter the Contest via Instagram, TikTok, X, or Facebook. To participate, follow these steps:

  1. Follow @GoveeOfficial on X, @goveeofficial on Instagram, @govee.official on TikTok, or @GOVEE on Facebook.
  2. For Instagram, TikTok, or X, simple take and post a photo or video of your Govee product, post on your feed, and tell us why you love Govee in your caption! Also use #LitByGovee and #GoveeFanFest2025 in your caption.
  3. For Facebook, post a photo or video of your Govee product in the comments section of this Contest post, and also comment with why you love Govee and include #LitByGovee and #GoveeFanFest2025.

Note 1: To be eligible, any Participant posting a photo or video to their social feed must use a publicly viewable account. Entries submitted from private accounts will not be considered.

Note 2: Posted photos(s) and videos must be original content produced by the Participant.

Note 3: By submitting a photo to their social feed or to our comments section, Participants agree to the Terms outlined on this page as well as the #LitByGovee UGC Campaign Terms & Conditions. Please review both carefully before entering.

Winner Selection

A total of eight (8) winners will be selected: three (3) Grand Prize Winners and five (5) Second Prize Winners.

All winners will be revealed by November 11th, 2025 11:59PM EST, announced via an official Govee feed post or stories post across the social platforms on which Participants may enter.

Govee reserves all rights for the selection of winners.

Prizes

Grand Prize (3 Winners): Each Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Govee Star Light Projector (Ocean Wave) (H6094) with an ERV of eight nine dollars ninety nine cents ($89.99) and one Govee Christmas String Lights 2 (H70C5) with an ERV of one hundred twenty nine dollars ninety nine cents ($129.99)

Second Prize (5 Winners): Each Second Prize Winner will receive one (1) Govee 8th Anniversary Merch Set (Backpack, Socks).

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Contest, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Publicity

By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names and any submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.

General Conditions

Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or operation of the Contest. Govee further reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Release and Indemnification:

By participating in the Contest, Participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless Govee, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries arising from their participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize.
