So Govee has said that they will update the firmware and add toggle feature to the sensor. If you have a distributed gateway device, it works perfectly and quickly. It does what it is supposed to do.

One Function Per Device Works Well
The Govee Wireless Button Sensor works well with one function but I wish it had more functions such as one click ON and second click OFF. To have on and off I have to use two buttons. Works as described but I wish it had more options.

Works as promised, but what is promisedis quite limited
The device will implement one and only one command, and it does so very reliably. It's puzzling that the device, as currently implemented, will not allow for more than one command (to toggle lights, for example, or allow one command for a short press and a different on for a long press). I hope Govee enhances this product as such down the road; This product has very limited usefulness as currently implemented with only one function per button.

Good idea, terrible implementation.
Unknown to most, this button requires a Distributed Gateway device to work. This means that you need one of the compatible WiFi and Bluetooth devices for the sensor to work. That is annoying, as the Music Sync doesn’t need a stupid gateway and can just send signals directly to the devices. Until I get Distributed Gateway devices, I can’t even bind the sensor!?!!

Only works with Govee devices
I wish this could work with Alexa/Google routines (which I know is possible to implement).
Instead, it only works with Govee devices. You also need to have a compatible Govee device to work as the gateway for this, and most models don't work.
There's also only one function per button. I wish you could do single-press, double-press, hold, etc.
Hopefully Govee will make a firmware update to fix these things.
