This summer, get ready to show us how you're creating unstoppable fun with your Govee Lights! By participating, you agree to these Terms below, as well as the Terms in our #LitByGovee UGC Campaign Terms & Conditions (which also covers this Contest) - so please read both of them carefully before submitting.
Eligibility:
Govee Unstoppable Summer Fun Contest 2026 is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

18 years of age or older at the beginning of the Contest.

Have a valid and public (non-private) Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, or Bluesky social account if entering via social media.

Have a valid Govee Home account if entering via Govee Home Community.

Are a resident of US, CA, EU, or UK.
Employees of GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED (“Govee”), its affiliates, agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members (or household members) are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period:
The Contest entry period begins on June 15, 2026 at 9AM EDT and ends on July 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM EDT. (“Contest Period”). All eligible entries must be submitted within the Contest Period, otherwise, entries will be void.
How to Enter:
Participants ("Participants") can enter the Contest either on social media via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, or Bluesky using a public social account on one of these social media platforms, or enter in Govee Home Community, using a valid Govee Home account.

Participants entering via Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads, or Bluesky should post a photo(s) or video(s) featuring their current Govee indoor or outdoor home lighting (Participant Post), and use the hashtags #UnstoppableFun #LitByGovee in the caption of their Participant Post.

Participants entering via Facebook may also comment on the official Govee Contest Posts with a photo(s) or video(s) featuring their current Govee indoor or outdoor home lighting (Participant Comment), and use the hashtags #UnstoppableFun #LitByGovee in their Participant Comment.

Participants entering via Govee Home Community should post a photo(s) or video(s) featuring their current Govee indoor or outdoor home lighting (Participant Post), and use the hashtags #UnstoppableFun in the caption of their Participant Post.
Note 1: For Instagram, only entries posted on the Participant's feed will be counted as entries; Instragram Stories is not an eligible entry method.
Note 2: Only public social accounts are eligible to be entered in this Contest when entering via social media. Participant Posts and Participant Comments using privated social accounts will not be entered.
Winner Selection:
A total of eleven (11) winners will be selected over the course of this Contest, with five (5) Winner Announcement Periods:
Two (2) winners will be announced on June 21st, 2026, from entries received June 15th through June 20th, 2026.
Two (2) winners will be announced on June 28th, 2026, from entries received June 15th through June 27th, 2026.
Two (2) winners will be announced on July 5th, 2026, from entries received June 15th through July 4th, 2026.
Two (2) winners will be announced on July 12th, 2026, from entries received June 15th through July 11th, 2026.
Three (3) winners will be announced on July 19th, 2026, from entries received June 15th through July 18th, 2026.
Weekly winners will be selected by the Govee App Team and Govee Social Media Team, based on Participant post creativity, originality, and vibe.
Winners will be contacted no later than 7 days after each winners announcement. A single Participant may only be selected as a winner a maximum of one (1) time during this Contest, and only one (1) individual per household or family can be selected as a winner during this Contest. Govee reserves all rights for the selection of winners, and reserves the right to explain the winner selection.
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant whose social media account or Govee Home account that, in their sole opinion, refers, depicts or in any way reflects negatively upon the Sponsor, the Contest, or any other person or entity; does not comply with these Official Rules; or if Govee receives notification about any potential infringements.
Prizes:
Each of the five (5) Winner Announcement Periods will feature one (1) Outdoor Prize Package Winner and one (1) Indoor Prize Package Winner. In addition, the fifth Winner Annoucement Period will also feature one (1) Signed Jersey Winner.
Outdoor Prize Package (five (5) total): One (1) Govee Permanent Lights Prism (H707A) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of five hundred thirty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($539.99), one (1) Govee Outdoor Chromatic String Lights (H7045) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred sixty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($169.99), one (1) Govee Outdoor Spotlights Lite (H3200) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of ninty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($99.99), and one item of Govee Summer Merch (random).
Indoor Prize Package (five (5) total): One (1) Govee TV Backlight 3 (H2A40) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred nine dollars ninty nine cents ($109.99), one (1) Govee Curtain Lights Pro (H70B6) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred ninty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($199.99), one (1) Govee Floor Lamp 3 (16B0) with an ERV (Estimated Retail Value) of one hundred sixty nine dollars ninty nine cents ($169.99), and one item of Govee Summer Merch (random).
Signed Jersey: one (1) Tim Howard signed US soccer jersey.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Govee reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is out of stock. The region SKU model of each prize product provided (US, UK, or EU model) will be based on product availability. Govee is not responsible for payment of any local, state, or federal taxes that may result from any prizes won in the Contest, and payment of any tax requirements resulting from prizes is the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
Winner Notification:
Winners will be notified no later than seven (7) days after each Winners Announcement Period via Direct Message or post comment by Govee's official social account on the platform where the Participant submitted an Entry, or via an email from app@govee.com for Participants in Govee Home Community, and winners need to reply within seven (7) days, with their full name, email address, phone number, and shipping address provided to claim the prize.
Publicity:
By participating in the Contest, Participants grant Govee the right to use their names, social media handles, Govee Home handles, and any submitted content for promotional purposes without any compensation or notice.
General Conditions:
Govee reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or attempting to manipulate or tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Govee reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Contest at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.
Release and Indemnification:
By participating in the Contest, participants agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless GOVEE MOMENTS LIMITED, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, losses, damages, or injuries incurred or arising from their participation in the Contest.
