I was surprised when this lamp lit up the whole room. It is much better than what I used to have. I primarily use it as a wake up lamp with the feature that slowly brightens on a timer. I had it set to go to 100% the first morning. I dropped it to 30% so I can get up without it so bright.
The effects are fun and set a good mood for whatever you are doing. They are a bit blurrier/blobbier than the images on the site show but still really good. I think it is well worth the price and a great compliment to all of my other Govee lights.

This lamp is incredible. It's like a lava lamp but safer! So many lighting colors and options, presets and cool ways to light up y room! Considering buying a second one because I love it so much! Easily my favorite Govee product yet, and I have quite a few to love!
