Setup was a breeze. The app, not so much. I wrote on the sensor where I was placing it. I added all the locations, per room, in the app. But, you don't know what sensor is going off (I tested them all) until you get the alert. There is a device code number that you receive and I wrote those on each of the sensors and connected the device to the location (bath, dw, boiler, etc) Some alerts were loud on my phone, some alerts came by e-mail. Wish there were a text option. 5 of my 8 alerted me appropriately. The other 3, I believe, were "out of range" and did not alert me in anyway. I have tried to find out the range of the plug-in Gateway to no avail. We have a wi-fi booster that covers 2,000 s.f. I will move the Gateway to another more central location and see if that eliminates the problem. Wish me luck!

Saved us a BIG mess!
The drain hose blew off the washing machine and was pumping water everywhere. Thanks to this awesome little device I was alerted and was able to run from my office to the wash room in just a few seconds and shut off the washer. Small mess that would have been HUGE if not for this cool little gadget.
